CoEFI: Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors Renewal

Gianmarco Zanchetta, Alfredo Enria and Ermanno Boffa join CoEFI to contribute, with their decennial experience and know-how, to the achievement of new ambitious targets.

On the occasion of the shareholders meeting held on March 31st, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Gianmarco Zanchetta as CoEFI’s President of the Board of Directors and of Mr. Alfredo Enria as Vice President. They will work alongside with Mr. Mattia Serena, confirmed as Chief Executive Officer. Moreover, Mr. Ermanno Boffa was appointed President of the Board of Statutory Auditors for 2017-2019, where he will be joined by Mr. Daniele Manente and Mr. Francesco Padovese.

Currently Senior Manager at Strategia&Controllo, where he offers strategic consulting and management control services, Gianmarco Zanchetta was President of BCC Private Equity, General Director of SPA Finanziaria FVG and Chief Executive Officer of BCC Factoring. His appointment confirms the excellent work he has done for CoEFI in the past two years.

As a graduate of Law from the University of Turin, Alfredo Enria has a thirty-year experience in the areas of factoring. Mr. Enria has successfully held positions as Commercial Director, General Manager and Board Member in various societies operating in this sector. In particular, Mr. Enria was Banca IFIS’s Commercial Director from 1992 to 2010, where he was in charge of the branches’ opening and development all over the nation. In order to boost CoEFI’s turnover, Alfredo Enria will be in charge of the business commercial growth and of the management of strategic projects. This addition to CoEFI’s structure is in line with the 2017-2019 business plan, where the turnover growth and the increase in the volume of sales are set to be the imperative must for CoEFI, for the future development of its business.

The renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors is characterised by the entrance of Mr. Boffa, Mr. Manente and Mr. Padovese. Ermanno Boffa is the new president of this Board, an office that he holds with many others including, but not limited, to Banca Finnat Euramerica S.p.A, InvestiRE Sgr and Veneto Sviluppo.

The Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mattia Serena, welcomed the conclusion of the business start-up phase, especially, after the formal authorisation from Bank of Italy was obtained, which officially enrolled CoEFI in the sole register of credit intermediaries. By means of these appointments, the management and the shareholders confirm and strengthen the basis for a new phase of prominent business development, concrete and sustainable, aligned with the ambitious targets of the three-year business plan. Therefore, the firm has to look ahead in order to develop itself and support those small-medium enterprises located in the geographical territory of competence.
